The payment cannot be withdrawn. The entire payment is a voluntary donation, pursuant to Article 888 §1 of the Civil Code, intended entirely to cover the costs of organizing the VORTEX CUP 2026 sports competition by the 3GUN WESTERN LIGA Association. Payments must be made by bank transfer; we do not accept cash payments. Thank you for your support! Your place on the starting list will be determined by the order in which you register.

Team registration fee:  PLN 240 (EUR 60) with at least 3 teams registered in a class or category

Team payment verification: May 25, 2026. After this deadline, if payment is not received, the team competition will be canceled. The team registration fee will be refunded if the required number of teams is not registered to open the standings. Team payments are used to cover the costs of purchasing team trophies and prizes.

Conditions for participation in the competition:  Competition only for IPSC competitors:
– Polish, present on the list of competitors of the IPSC Poland Region, holding a PZSS competition license
– foreign, present on the lists of their regions / foreign member of IPSC.

All ROs approved by the organizer will receive hotel accommodation and breakfast, as well as dinner and drinks during the main match.

If an insufficient number of voluntary contributions (donations) are paid, which does not allow for the organization of a proper competition, the organizer reserves the right to cancel it no later than 30 days before the Main Match and undertakes to refund all contributions without undue delay.

Registration of a competitor is also tantamount to consent to the publication of the name and surname on the start list and the results list in online media, as well as consent to the free use of the image of the competition participant, recorded in the form of an image and video during the competition, for promotional and informational purposes, by its preparation, recording and dissemination by the organizers, in the meaning of applicable provisions on copyright and related rights.
